The Jr. KC Diamonds is a youth softball program dedicated to the growth and development of young athletes both on and off the field. Designed for aspiring players who are passionate about the game, the program focuses on skill-building, teamwork, leadership, and character. Our mission is to create a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes can thrive athletically, academically, and personally.

As proud members of the RADS Patch Program, the Jr. KC Diamonds follow the core principles and guidelines set by the Kansas City Royals. Through this partnership, players gain access to meaningful development opportunities that go beyond the game, helping shape confident and responsible young individuals.
